Help! I've lost my personal link to my 3DExperience...

 So you lost the link to your 3DEXPERIENCE? A link that as easy as this one for instance?:

Well,  isn't that difficult to remember, is it? especially the part with the 3bea41043fcc...

Sorry for the joke. Actually isn't that difficult to recover your access to the 3DEXPERIENCE, as all the cryptic part belongs to your specific profile, but not to the general access to the platform, meaning, you only need to go to the general access of the platform and log in with your user. The platform itself will take care of the cryptic part later.

The question is: Which is that general access am I talking about?

Ok, first you need to understand which type of platform are you using. Don't panic, it's easy there are only 3 types:

1. Academia: Educational institutions (universities, Colleges, Academies...) If you are using the 3DEXPERIENCE as a student or professor, you are here.
2. Partner: Dassault Systèmes / SOLIDWORKS  partners. If you are a CPE / CRE reseller, or DS employee sharing business information, this is the platform you are using.
3. Customer: All not educational customers belong here. You've got 9 out of 10 this is the platform you are using.

Once you know the platform you most likely using, you may go for generic access. Be my guest:

1. Academia: https://eu1-academia-ifwe.3dexperience.3ds.com/
2. Partner: https://eu1-partners-ifwe.3dexperience.3ds.com/ (alternate access: www.solidworks.com/ps-partners​​​​​​​)
3. Customer: https://eu1-ifwe.3dexperience.3ds.com/

This will take you directly to the login page. 

Once you insert your username and password, you will be up and running again with all your customized dashboards and data (that's the good thing about working in the cloud, nothing is lost!)
